The technician that treated my carpet, Torrence, was a very nice guy. He did a great job and was super friendly, courteous and helpful!
The technician was polite and efficiently cleaned the carpet and was able to remove several of the stains I did not think they would come out. The cost was very affordable.

Carpets get really clean.
Zerorez lets you pick your appointment day and time. They are great about notifying you the day before and even the day of the appointment.

Love that deep cleaning! Tech was punctual, proficient, and efficient -- while I continued to work-from-home. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his trade. Cleaning 3 rooms and one loveseat took no time at all.

Our carpets were long overdue for cleaning as we have had cats in the house for years. There was even talk of buying new carpet. Zerorez cleaned ours and left a new looking carpet that was sanitized and fresh looking. Good job!

You could be on time...10am to 12pm appointment, started at 1:30 pm and finished maybe too fast. Are we getting a thorough cleaning? Carpet does look and feel good...we will use the service again.
