We have been a Zerorez customer for well over a decade. Carpets and rugs are clean, soft and dry quickly. They protect your doorframes with corner guards to prevent scarring paint and are careful in your home. I appreciate the ease and efficiency of booking an appointment online. The price doesn’t change when they get to your home unless you make a mistake in describing areas to be cleaned. I recently assumed cleaning a 9x12 area rug was equal to the cost of cleaning a 9x12 room. Rugs are more expensive, but the technician easily adjusted the cost and got me taken care of quickly.
I value the carpet results.
Overall service was excellent and good quality of work; however Seth our sales rep, missed a couple of steps, such as scheduling an earlier time to come and work on our management office without first seeking approval from myself, and our assistant manager gave Seth clear directions on Billing and the invoices were not followed as such. We had to reach out to you guys so that billing was in the proper order. I also gave Seth a map of the areas that needed to be cleaned, and this was not provided to the service technician so I needed to walk the areas again with the Technician. Overall the quality of work was good and the important stains were removed; however better communication from the sales rep would have resulted in a perfect score.
Carpet was wet for longer than expected.
The people who come out to do the work are always hard workers and try to please. The bill always inflates a little, but somehow you feel good about it in the end. The carpet looks like brand new .....,

The service was fast and efficient. Our tech was polite and helpful in answering questions, and appears to have done a great job. The air feels less heavy.
The cleaning of the carpet, love seat and ottoman is the best in the metroplex.
Quick and easy, friendly technician
Tech was great, last time there was a special geta certain amount of tile cleaned for free and you didn't offer it this time. So bill was higher than expected.
My appointment was for 3:30. They called and said they could be out at 2:50, which was great for me, because I got to do things I needed to do before 6:00. I did not have to move the furniture. The guy came in and moved it by himself, while I got to play games on my phone. He was there only about 30-45 minutes. The floors and stairs looked great. By that evening the floors were almost dry and the next morning there was not any smell. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact, I have a couple of co-workers that will be using Zerorez. Thank you so much, I have beautiful carpets.
