John did a great job as a professional in his capacity.

But if I have to do this job on my own pocket, I will definitely not do it because of super high price for 1 hr rubbing my leather sofa with a $20 worth leather cleaner.
And I mean it.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I used Zero Res to clean my carpets and every time it seems like the service gets better. CJ did an amazing job and was so helpful. The carpets look and feel brand new.

There is no consistency in the quality of the service provided. It depends entirely on the technician. One time the technician was excellent and did an amazing job. The other two times, not really. Out of these two times, one time most of the stains didn’t come off and the carpet didn’t look like it was cleaned. The second time, the carpet was too wet after cleaning, after cleaning, I could still see small pieces of trash etc on the carpet and the technician was rude when I pointed that out to him. Though I like that zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals , the I consistency of service and the consistency of getting statins out is disappointing.

I like the fact that no chemicals are used in cleaning our carpets. Our service tech, Dimon, was knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

I really liked how well the process worked to clean the vents. The before and after was a stark difference.

Your “special” was three rooms and a hallway for $109. I have one small living room and very small hallway only. So I asked if two 5x7 rugs could be cleaned instead of the two extra rooms I don’t have. Neither rug is anything special and I have plenty of room for them to both lay on the back patio. You wanted an additional $57 per rug. You would think one living room, one hallway, and two small rugs would fit the $109 special. I was disappointed in that decision.

The service technician that cleaned our carpet this past visit did an incredible job. Scheduling is easy online and the technician contacts you when they’re on their way to your house. I get my carpets cleaned annually and have been using Zerores for the past three years. The carpets turn out really clean like new.

The carpets are now very clean and free of chemicals. Zerorez uses empowered water instead
of harsh chemicals to clean carpets.

jaime was so professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and provided additional information as requested. He did a wonderful job on our carpets and we are very satisfied with Jaime and ZeroRez.

I've used Zerorez many times over the years and they have always done a very good job. The job is done quickly and there is no chemical odor. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

Good carpet cleaning techs

I called a professional service to help with a couple of stains that I could not get out all the way. They don't look much better than they did before I called. Disappointing after almost $250.
