My carpet looks great after being cleaned & George did a great job & was very knowledgeable about Zereorez & was very polite at the same time.
Wearing the shoe coverings (which was told was out of stock) and also not charging arm and leg for pet spots. I only did the one pet spot for $75 and it did not even work. I would appreciate my money back if possible. Thanks

So nice to be able to get carpets clean with water rather than soap or chemicals! Even our wool carpets do so well with this method. Our tech, Buddy was nice , knowledgeable & did a great job!
Josh was timely, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything well and was flexible to work with our needs about leaving the AC off a couple more days after our remodel. He was willing to come back 2 days later to finish the service for us. He did suggest adding on extra services (which added cost), but there was no pressure and I believe those services were a good idea. It was satisfying to see the videos and pictures of our ducts being cleaned! I would hire Zerorez again.

Price is a key factor I felt that for one room the amount that I paid was a little excessive
