I’d recommend the duct cleaning, as I felt like it was well done and worth the money.
The tile cleaning was a waste of money and looks no better than if I had mopped the floors. I thought I was paying for a thorough clean including the grout, but it appears that was not the case. Additionally, I realized after the guy left that it appeared he didn’t finish the Jack and Jill bathroom I paid to have cleaned. It looked like he sprayed the initial treatment and didn’t go back and finish it, but I didn’t catch it on the walkthrough because the door was closed. Overall, seems like it was money wasted

The man that was here walked in with an attitude and was very very rude to me. He said it was nothing on him. He had already talked to his manager and he would be fine. This man truly believed he was entitled to speak to me in the manner he did.
I am 60 years old. Owned a home for 35 years and used numerous contractors over the years. I have never had to tell a contractor to leave my house.
I have left two messages fir his boss and she has yet to return my call. After reading other reviews, this seems to be her habit.
