It was fast and no smell. the service tech was very nice.

There’s a lot but at least you followed up by text. Would have been better to receive a call, but I guess that’s new age business relations.
It is easy to make appointment. The communication before arrival is very good. The tech listens and answers questions.
The treatment used on the pet area in one of the rooms was ineffective and left a stale odor in the carpet. The carpet also took 2 days to dry and is still sticky. We had no choice but to move the furniture back into the room. The technician was kind, so I appreciated that, however the over all service was not worth the $450 we spent. There was no consult before the cleaning, and were quoted $187 online. We're super disappointed, and would like our money back.

I want to say that the representative who came was very polite and represented himself well….the score has no reflection on him. The process of cleaning the couch however was another story….the first time the couch was cleaned, none of the stains were removed and the couch was sticky fir most of the day. The second time the representative came back for a rework I asked the representative to use a scrub brush that I provided in addition to the “steam clean” and 95% of the stains came out. That should have been done the first time. I don’t blame the representative but the process.

I was very impressed at how thorough the technician was, and how much better our floors looked afterwards!
The technician, Bobby, was on time and very professional. He worked straight through for about 2 hours. While he was working, I offered him something to eat and he thanked me but said it would slow him down.
The technicians are always well trained, professional & very courteous. The special ph water/cleaning liquid has always done its job. I have been well pleased for many years & I've recommended Zerorez to friends & neighbors who have become faithful patrons of Zerorez.

Our wood floors look like new! Mario C. was very attentive to detail, knew exactly what needed to be done, and brought us in at every step of the process to make sure we were on the same page. We appreciate Zerorez's low impact products as we have chemical sensitive people in our household.

Nice guy doing the cleaning. A bit pricey. The spill was was too much. The cleaning did not get it and we knew the risk. Now for new flooring.

Excellent work, quick and efficient. Technician was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done in addition to just a routine cleaning. Equipment was much less noisy than previous companies as well, which was a much welcomed bonus.

Your scheduling the Technician was late due to that, yet 25.00 was compensated very little compensation when you're close to 2 hours late most professionals make more than 3 times that amount, a person time to wait for you is way more than that.
My carpets look brand new and was dry quicker than I expected.
