The young man servicing our home was outstanding. Very professional and covered exactly what he was going to do for our carpets.

1. I am placing my house for sale and my husband and I cleared every room so just a couple of pieces of furniture remained. We were very clear that we would lift the furniture or move it so the carpet cleaner could get all of the carpeted areas. He only asked us to lift one bed (out of 4 rooms). We assumed he did it himself. When he left, we let the rooms dry for 11 hours then picked up the couch to move it. The carpet was filthy and had never been cleaned under the couch or any other piece of furniture except the one bed!!!

2. Before cleaner left, I said "don't we need pads or something under that bed [the only bed moved] so the color doesn't bleed into the wet carpet?" He handed us foam to put under it. He was going to leave the brown stained wooden bed frame on wet carpet to bleed.

3. He reiterated the tip policy and explained how if I paid cash it wouldn't be taxed. I felt obligated and paid a tip of $10 cash. Why tip someone for doing their job? Neither my husband or I get tipped for doing our job. It wasn't until we moved the furniture 10 hours later we learned he didn't do his job and never should have been tipped.

4. When finishing a job and wrapping it up with a client, talking to us with your earbuds in your ears with music blaring out is unprofessional.

5. We did not enter the cleaned rooms for 11 hours. My son's carpet still left my socks wet.

Carpet looks great, communication by the company was great, service van was there on time and the technician Cesar S. was wonderful to work with. Very satisfied with this company, will use them again.

Came in & did what I requested & left without trying to sell me things I didnt need or couldnt afford. Very nice technician.

Better cleaning in traffic area

Customer service over the phone is very upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable. This is important in choosing who I do business with! Carpet techs are always prompt, thorough and very respectful. They do an excellent job!

Well, you've come out twice already, the initial cleaning that was desperately needed due to the previous owners letting their animals pee everywhere. There's been a tacky film left in our carpet in the master bedroom since. We've used Zerorez at our previous home and had great results with your services, this time it was a big miss as even after hitting this area twice it's still has a tacky film of some sort left on the carpet.

I thought the employee did a fabulous job on informing us of his progress, allowing us to review the work as he cleaned each section of the house. I would rate him a 10 out of a 1 to 10 scale. Excellent job! Because of his work I will always use your company for future carpet and floor cleaning.

Technician showed up sick. Spent 20+ minutes in the bathroom. Congested with runny nose too. Did a poor job on cleaning the grout. Visible spots that were missed. Been a loyal customer for years but this was unacceptable.
