I’m a very picky homeowner & I want to tell you that I could not be happier with the cleaning service I received. The cleaning tech, Paul was the best, he’s courteous, polite, friendly, & knowledgeable. What more can you ask for. This is not the first time that I’ve used Zerorez. I know who to call the next time I need service. Thank you.
The guy was very nice and knowledgeable and honest. There were some areas where he said it may be hard to get clean because the carpet was damaged but he still did a very good job. Very happy with the service

We had our ducts cleaned and that went great but there was some damage to our home that needs to be repaired NOW and no one will call me back. I’m on the edge of putting this rating to a ZERO because of the complete lack of communication and the irresponsibility I am seeing. I HAVE A HOLE IN MY CEILING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED VERY SOON AFTER THE INCIDENT!!!! I can’t walk into my closet without the thought of the ceiling falling down on my head!!!!
Professional, kind team members over the phone and the technician. Great product. Removed the sticky feeling the last carpet cleaning company left behind, along with dirty dark look the sticky soap residue caused.

I really like the "no soap/clean" process that Zerorez provides. I have used Zerorez numerous times and have always had great service. The technicians have been prompt (or early!), very friendly and professional. Their work has always been done carefully and to my satisfaction with follow-up guidance for drying, etc.
My only comment is that I waited extremely long when I called in to book the appt. I actually called in a couple times before I was able to hold long enough for a person. I could have booked online, but wanted to discuss pricing for various services. Perhaps more call center help?
