I give Zerorez a 10!! After some questions were answered about additional work I wanted to have done (couch cleaning) the scheduling process was a breeze. The technician arrived on time, he was VERY courteous and got right to work. my carpets and couch look great! I felt that the technician was very informative and knowledgeable about the products used as well as recommendations to maintain clean tiles, grout, and carpet. He was also very punctual and professional. I also liked how clean and safe the products are.
The technician showed up on time and was very polite and professional. I like the updates that are texted regularly. The carpet always comes out very clean and fresh with no stiff residue. I will continue to use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning needs.

CJ was fantastic. He was thorough, efficient, a nice guy, and he added huge value to his visit by cleaning 7 chairs and a rug! We are super happy with the job he did. He has the eyes of a detective as he got rid of spots I couldn't even see!
On time, knowledgeable of the product, told me about the other services you lol offer but was not pushy. Carpet look great upon completion.
