They were not really able to clean our tile. The tile was probably too old and worn.

I have previously completed this form. Freddy in Dallas was very professional and detailed. Our carpets looked so much better after he completed the task. The coupon we presented was honored in full, which is so nice. We experienced the "swith and bait" that same day with a plumbing company. As such, I appreciated ZeroRez even more.

I have used mario with Stanley steemer for the last 5 years and called to have work done and told me he was no longer with Stanley but was with Zerorez and explained to me the difference in cleaning process. I was skeptical because I have not used Anyone else besides Stanley steemer in the last 15 years. I’ve been happy with him in the past and decided to give it a try. I spend over $6000 and will have to say I am beyond impress with the results. He showed me the powered water and the difference between your cleaning process and stanley Steemer’s. He did a test cleaning on each surface to show the difference prior to doing the rest of it. I also liked the clear filtration systems that shows the dirt and urine. My husband passed in October and I have not kept up with my house and I have little dogs that peed EVERYWHERE. The smell is gone!!! He showed me how to remove the urine from the pad. My carpets and rugs look new and my travertine looks amazing! I can’t thank him enough and was able to bring ease in my home again. He definitely went beyond working that late on his off day and in such inclement weather and will definitely have me as a Zerorez customer from this point going forward. Thanks again Zerorez for everything !!!
Such a terrific job and our carpets have not looked as good since we first bought them! The technician who arrived was friendly, professional and did a quick and very thorough job! I really appreciate my "new" carpets and look forward to getting our carpets cleaned regularly.
