Our technician Dave was wonderful. He explained everything. He was forthright and comfortable with his area of expertise. He did a great job. Have used ZeroRez for years and always satisfied.

I have used Zerorez twice in the last year. Each time they arrived on time and performed their job professionally and courteously informed me of possible complications with certain types of stains and what to look for. I would certainly use Zerorez in the future.

The technician kept the front door open for two hours and let in a lot of bugs, mosquitoes, knats, and fruit flies. Too bad there is not a way to do the work without keeping the front door open due to the hoses from the Zerorez service truck.

I like that Zerorez uses water instead of chemicals to do the cleaning. The technicians are well-trained, friendly and respectful. They really work hard to make sure the client is satisfied.
