One of the best experiences ever. Cesar was awesome explaining what he was finding and what he would do to address the issues. He also was the funniest individual we have dealt with. That personalized the experience. We still have the scent of pet dander but it is not as prevalent.

I got my sectional cleaned... I was quoted 250 then told it was over sized when they got here and added extra to it. That’s fine , if it could make my couch look better, but still had many stains and looks the same as before...: I didn’t feel it was any cleaner.

its not that you disappointed me...i had expected to have my carpets cleaned for the coupon price...not knowing that you charge for "spots"...I assumed this came with the carpet cleaning. the coupon was for 3 rooms and 4 room free... I didnt have 4 rooms and wanted the 3 rooms cleaned and pathways in two other Bedrooms only...Everything was an additional cost...ending up costing over 300. including a 15.00 tip my husband gave to the employee.
I just didnt expect to pay for spots and the expense..

We were very satisfied with our services. Our technician went out of his way to be polite and make sure we were satisfied with the work performed.
The basic service is to clean the fibers of the carpet. Anything else to be cleaned is extra, and it's not cheap. I feel that ZeroRez gets customers by providing the baseline service at a reasonable price, but really makes their money on the additional services such as pet stain remover, or any stain remover, or topical treatment, or area rug cleaning, all of which are very expensive. Next time I think I might try another service that includes treatments even though they may be slightly more expensive up front. Your technician was very nice and did a good job.
