The technician was nice. He was in and out in about an hour. I paid extra for two rooms to have the bio done due to pet stains and it doesn’t seem to have worked in my master bedroom. The smell is still there and I have used my spot bot machine and it has pulled up so much. This was the main reason for the service was to take care of my master bedroom.

I called on Friday for rates and really needed the work done ASAP! They made it work for me that same afternoon. The floors look great and we were pleased. Thank you.

Bobby and Fred were great! They were both professional, kind and respectful. We were very pleased with their workmanship.

The tech was awesome but the next day the carpet smelled worse. The rooms without pet odor now smell like dirty water. The room with pet odor is much worse now, and I’m so disappointed in the outcome but the tech has great service. I even upgraded to an extra $110 and tipped the tech $15 because it smelled so great and citrusy right after. It lasted less than a day unfortunately.

Marcus did a good job and we plan to call you back in 6 months, so Marcus can re-clean our carpet.

I really liked having Mario.

Would make me feel better about an $800 tile cleaning/grout sealing job if both of the technicians wore shoe coverings. Nothing like paying all that money and seeing dirty shoe prints all over my bathroom floor. One wore them all the time....one wore them occasionally. Would be great if they were required to wear them all the time in another persons home.

Tech was on time, very polite and efficient, yet thorough. Carpets were dry within expected time frame.
