Your process was startling. I'd already cleaned my carpet with a Rug Doctor machine but wasn't happy with the patchwork effect of leftover dirt that I just couldn't get up. Y'all came in and just sucked everything clean. I could see how much cleaner it was after just one pass with the vacuum head. In and out (3 rooms) in an hour.

Carpets look great, and dried super fast. No weird residue left over either.

My main reason for calling was to have a couple rugs cleaned......the price was way too much so only had one done. It looks the same...dirty and smells the same can't tell a difference.

Quick, efficient, really kind tech, even helped us move a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way! And our carpet is SO clean. Would definitely recommend.

I had the 3 deal room special only wanted 2 rooms and a hall which had been cleaned multiple times b4 with no issues the technician tried to upset one room to make it 1.50 a foot or he would not do it. Well I had him clean the hall only. And leave still had to.pay for full price. I have never had this before called in and they.backed the technician I have been customer for MANY YEARS idk if I still will be. They had just cleaned that same room march 3rd without increasing the price. I will not have this technician backing my home . He had only been with them 4 months

Friendly and fast service

Cleaning technician was very informative and explained everything prior to starting the work. He was very professional and asked questions regarding any stains and was sure to point out anything that he saw or smelled as a concern. He also provided me with a solid estimate on treatment of my carpets after stains were addressed. I will continue to use Zerorez in my home and will absolutely recommend Zerorez to family & friends.
