The associate was awesome. And the carpets look so much better.
After the tech left we used our ultraviolet light on the carpet that was treated for pet stains and the stains still showed up. We have been customers for about 15 years and have never tested the carpet after it was cleaned and now I’m wondering what I have been paying for all of these years.
