When I saw the technician bringing in all the heavy equipment, i.e. the large brush, and the small yellow/orange things to go around the corners, I thought to myself, this is better than the commercial I saw on TV.
When the technician got through with the brushing, my carpet looked as though he had run the carpet cleaner. Then I was able to see the collection of hair and fibers he had collected just by brushing. Whew! what a procedure.
My neighbors was quite noisy. Twice they can out of looked across the street and pointed, I was watching through the blinds.

Your worker was polite and did a very nice job. He arrived on time and did not stop until the job was done. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a carpet cleaned. My carpets look like they did when I first moved into my house. Well done!

The technician was really nice but our couch still smelled dirty. I’ve had our couch cleaned before by enough company and didn’t have this issue. For the price we paid, I was slightly disappointed.
I actually didn’t feel like the carpet or tile were very clean. We’ve always been very happy in the past, this time it just felt wet.

My carpet is as close to new condition after Zerorez cleaning as I have ever seen it. It is not "crunchy" like it has been after other cleaning methods were used. We are very pleased with the results from Zerorez cleaning services.

Technicians usually are very good at their tasks of cleaning, deodorizing and keeping the carpets fresh.
The use of no harsh chemicals, the finished product and the very nice young man who answered my questions, quickly cleaned our carpets and was extremely helpful.
There was no after smell
Nice interaction with Zerorez cleaning the carpets in the downstairs of my home. The representative was nice and respectful of the property and of course, wore all the requisite protective gear in "these unusual times" (that expression is galling at this point). While their claim to fame is no detergents used to clean the carpets but rather simple heated water, that's not the case and Common Sense 101 would tell one otherwise. A detergent spray is first applied to heavy traffic areas and any stains to help remove them. Once that sits for a time it's vacuumed up with the aforementioned heated water. Is Zerorez thus truly different from other carpet cleaning services? Time will tell as the litmus test will be how quickly the carpet attracts dirt as obviously the more soapy detergent is left, the faster it soils. A la cart pricing is also extremely high for any ancillary services you may want done so be prepared for sticker shock. My rep didn't shy away from a sales pitch to clean the tiled surfaces but once we totaled the square feet, the cost was incredibly high to pass a rotating brush with said steam across my kitchen tiles. All in all they seemingly did a fine job and I'll sum it up in one sentence: The wife thought the carpets looked much cleaner than any other service we've had to date so Zerorez will get the call in future.

Scheduling was super easy, technician was very polite and professional, carpets look amazing.

My Appointment was Friday between 1 and 3 you called me to tell me that your service van broke down. ( I know you have more than one van I told you i had taken the day off work and had hired people to come move all of my furniture so you could do your Cleaning. That you needed to get someone out here. No one ever showed up as i waiting until 5:00 Called back and a customer service rep. Booked me an appointment for Saturday Between 8 and 10. You all called me again and told me that an employee called in sick and you had to cancel my appointment. I got rather upset by this and explained roughly that you already cancelled my appointment the day before and you were already past the appointment time. then i was told me appointment was now scheduled for between 4 and 6 PM. and after about 5 minutes on old the gentlemen told me that he was going to have to cancel my 4 to 6 appointment because you did not have anyone to provide the service at that time.. Next he gave me an appointment between 11-1pm 25 minutes later i get a text telling me my appointment was rescheduled to 1-3 pm. Just over the for mentioned LACK of service is enough for me to never want to do business with your company every again. Now the service teach arrives and I unload on him. I am fuming and i am upset. He tells me that he is getting off at noon today because you all were very slow. (Techs are getting off because of being slow yet you tried to cancel my Appointment) Then he showed me in is work order list where i was bumped from my 8-10am appointment so he could go to Benbrook and do another customer house that you also skipped the day before.. I am about to Blow my top now. Then to top it all off. The tech explains to me that starting Monday 5/3/2021 the Carrolton office is no longer going to be servicing Fort Worth any longer that there is a NEW office opening up. SO this tells me of course you don't care about the customers in Fort Worth because we are not going to be your PROMBLEM anymore and this is only affecting an new offices and the new office sales.
What i have learned from this appointment is.
1- it is Zerorez policy to LIE to the customers.
2- Zerorez has no respect for there customers time.
3- Customers are nothing but an inconvenience to ZEROREZ
4- Zerorez has no issue screwing over offices under the same corporate name.
I am guessing this is going to fall on deaf ears but I’ll just take that as par for the course from Zerorez, And know the Employee that was here I gave him my name and business card and let him know that if he got any repercussions to call me. And i would assist him in anyway actions he needed to take against ZeroRez. Because the service tech is the only one that cared about the service and the customer (ME) I have Zerorez exclusively over the last 10 years. But that is a thing of the past.
