We loved it all
Just floors were a little messy afterwards (our wood floors that were NOT cleaned I mean)
Friendly staff, superclean carpets, no residue, no allergies, and not expensive

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in the house we moved out of and the house we moved into. They did a great job at both places! The carpet in our old house was 17 years old as far as I know and it looked great when they were done. They got our some stains that I had given up on. I also had them clean the ceramic tile in the entryway - it was textured tile and just seemed to hold onto the dirt. Wow! - what a difference it made! Wish I could have afforded to have them do the whole downstairs tile areas. Would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future!!!!!

On my job, the edges weren't done very well. Took my black light to it after it had dried and still had a lot of pet residue left where the vacuum didn't seem to get to near the edges and baseboards... The test of the floor came out great.

I have been a long time customer but had never tried tile cleaning with carpet cleaning. Everything done quickly & I was very pleased. The person cleaning was very nice, neat and did a great job!

Smells fresh and brightened up the carpet and upholstery
The carpet looks good but I was surprised parts of carpet was still wet 10-12 hours later. Jeremy was real nice but a couple things bothered me. #1 he moved a small table of mine (I did not ask him too) & he broke an antique bowl that belonged to my Grandmother. Its broken beyond repair. #2 was it sounded like something was broken or stopped up so he asked me for a paper clip to fix the problem. When I called the office about the broken bowl, they were not aware & Jeremy had taken pictures & said he uploaded them so office was aware of problem. I expect reimbursement for the item.

We love Zerorez! We have used their services multiple times. Our technician was very personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job for us. We appreciate the zero detergents, the zero toxic chemicals and the zero residue!! We will continue to utilize Zerorez and will recommend them to everyone we know!!
The cleaning was nothing extra. The amount of money you're spending I didnt expect my floors to remain damp for hours. I feel like someone else could have given me the same type of service for half the price.
