The service man was quick and on time. He did a great job and the carpets dried fairly quickly.

Several of the carpet stains didn’t improve much after drying, despite paying extra for flooding/vacuum extraction. Technician seemed to do his work fine, just not that happy with paying so much money and still ending up with some stains.
Good service. They show up as scheduled.
First time ever to have carpet cleaned where there are huge spots still showing. Sp0tent almost $250 and this is not acceptable.
Run the fan/bower in the HVAC unit and clean up what ever debris spits out from what ever the airduct vacuum did not capture. We had debris come out each vent once our fan came on and it was an inconvience to have to clean up as we thought Zeroez equipment would have captured it.

Easy to schedule and the technician was exceptional. The results were quality and satisfying.
Carpet looked great after treatment and not left too wet. I would suggest to ask home owner if they need any furniture moved.

Prompt arrival and courteous service. He knew that there were pet stains on parts of the couch and he took the time needed to make it look 100% better.
Have used other carpet cleaning companies over the years; but Zero Rez cleaned the carpets better any anyone else. Our carpets are over 16 years old; and some of the carpet looked like it was only 2-3 years old after you all steam cleaned them. Will use Zero Rez going forward.
Note: they were the highest priced; but you get the best cleaning to...sort of like you get what you pay for. Used them based on a recommendation from a realtor; so Kudos to you all. Keep up the great work. I think that as long as you hire top notch employees; you will always get top notch work. Thank YOU all.

Very great service
Online appt are easy to navigate and service is usually available within a couple of days. No chemical, safe for pets and kids and every technician we’ve used has been so nice and very respectful of our property.

Now, I made an appointment for 8am and no one called me the day before and then when I called at 10:45am I was told the tech would not be there until 1-5pm or 3-5pm I forget. Not good service from my perspective.

My husband came in and said it smelled wet - he didn't even know we had the carpets cleaned. I had fans going and had the AC fan on not auto. Not sure how that could be rectified. I do feel that it was expensive and hopefully will see that it stays clean. You have taught your people to upsell well. They technicians were nice and friendly.
The person who came did a great job I watched him he got every inch, the problem is whatever cleaning solution you have. It was odorless so I couldn’t tell if it actually cleaned my couch. And within the very next day after drying, it smelled the way it did before the cleaning. That’s a very expensive service to not be able to tell a difference. I will never use this company because it’s your products not your employee which I could request someone else. I can’t request you to use products that clean. That’s expected. My couch is only one year old. No smokers. No stains. It’s a clean couch is great shape. Normal smell enough to prompt me to schedule with a company for a normal cleaning. Disappointed with this service. I will clean my own furniture and carpets myself from now on.
I used your service many times and have been happy with the results, however this time the technician worked on three bedrooms, a hallway and 13 steps and finish in about thirty minutes. That is the fastest I have ever had any carpet cleaning company work. The results were not what we had expected.
Every person i dealt with was courteous, prompt and efficient. Nick was careful with my furnishings and the carpets all look almost new and they are anything but! So, good work! Thanks!
