The technician on site was well versed and very informative on your product and the needs for our home. He worked with us every inch of the way to ensure we were happy and satisfied not only with the final outcome but cost. Our tech, Edwin G, was great. He worked so hard to get the stains out of our carpet and he did a great job. He clearly explained what we could expect ahead of time, but the results came out even better than we expected. He was on time and very efficient. And the price was very affordable.

I just think the areas was rushed through and there's still dirty looking area. The technician was nice and courtesy however there were several distraction which is the reason I believe the carpet looked like it's not shampooed. We don't have small children and the house is only a little over a year old. It's not like our carpets were really dirty and lots of dirt spots
Throw up, tons of dog hair and mud brought in from after when it rains on their paws, paint and art stains from my 3 year old, drink spills, you name it and it WAS probably on our carpets... all gone now! Our bedrooms not only looks good but more importantly they smell so much better, I'm telling you what... 100% worth it!
