Great service for the price
Our home's carpet is 10 years old and we have 3 dogs who have the occasional accident. We are attempting to sell our home and felt that this was a sore point. Zerorez's associate, Fabian, diligently worked on the toughest spots on the floor and I'm happy to report that his efforts were effective in not only improving the appearance of the carpet, but also our home's odor. We no longer have to dread our next showing or our Open House this Saturday! Thanks, Fabian!

The carpets were clean but we can achieve similar results with a rented steam cleaner for much less money. I had hoped that more of the normal wear and small spill stains would be removed by the professional system.

Excellent job cleaning tough stains
The results were better than I expected. My carpet is old and has very definite high traffic areas. I was pleased that it did get the few worse stains that I was worried about.
