carpet is clean and dries quickly. However, the spot I called about is still visible, although if one didn't know it was there, it probably wouldn't be noticed.

Our technician Nickolas J did a great job with cleaning our sofas! He explained the process before starting and then reviewed the results with me when he was finished. He did an excellent and thorough job with cleaning, and was very professional and friendly.
The services were ok. With taxes, it cost $275, for 30 minutes of services. We had an 1860 sq. ft. house with carpet and tile, only cleaning the carpets. We had a move-out clean, no furniture, no pets, no stains and just find the price to be way too high for the time and effort that it took.
Very Professional, Mr Campbell did a great job cleaning our AC Ducts. He explained everything well and performed the work in a timely manner. I will recommend Zerorez

Our technician was very personal and did an excellent job! He offered us a product that 2 other technicians had not and it made a fabulous different in the cleanliness of our carpet.
We didn't see much before / after difference in our carpet When we showed the major stains on the carpet to the person who came to do the service, he said that it would cost extra for them and that even after paying he could not guarantee if the stains would come off. Whats the use to pay for carpet cleaning if we are still seeing the stains almost everywhere, including basic food stains. Not at all worth the money we spent.
The technicians are very professional and they do a great job. I’m always impressed at how much better our floors look afterwards!
Carman was great. She was very professional and really made our bedrooms and kitchen look like new. We will request her again.
Having read your website, I was expecting the carpet to be clean and residue free but also soft to the touch. After it had dried, I walked on it and it felt rough. Aside from that, the carpet looked good and I would recommend your company to a friend.

Hello, I've done so many reviews already for you guys. I've never experienced a "bad tech." Dimontae, was no exception. He is knowledgeable and well versed about your services and products. It's easy to schedule with you. Most of the time y'all offer a special and additional incentives such as baseball tickets. The products are environmentally responsible and safe. He did an exceptional job on my stained and dirty carpets. He was polite, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend him with a 10. Thank you for never disappointing me.
