We were misled and uncharged. The original phone quote was for $160. After convicting my elderly mother she needed $300 worth of soap to rid minor pet stains. Bill over $500

i can't really compare it to anyone else because this is my first experience with a carpet cleaning service but i do feel like it was pricey for the service especially since my house is on the smaller side. instead of quoting by the amount of rooms, maybe you quote based on square footage of the rooms but i know most people probably don't know the square footage based on room only, we only know the total square footage of the whole house. I feel like $225 was high for what we got, I could see paying $125 or $150. Also, even though the technician was very nice, semi-professional, I do feel he was unseasoned especially only being 3 months on the job + in the industry; was hoping for a more experienced person within the company to do the cleaning.
I had to have tech come out 3 different times to get the job right. That took up 3 of my days and 3 times of moving my furniture. I feel I should have been compensated for the trouble.

My carpet feels so soft and looks new. I like the "no chemicals" approach. It worked very well on the stains and smell from pet accidents, much better than any other company I've tried. I highly recommend your products and services and will call you again next time the need arises.

I was promised a call 30 minutes prior. It did not happen. I was out walking my dog and my husband was trying to get his car out when the driver pulled into the driveway. I always seem to fall for the upsells. Bad me I guess. Your associate was efficient and very professional. He had done a great job. My carpets were in dire need of cleaning.
