I’ve used Zerorez several times and have always been pleased with their product. Recently, I had my mother’s carpet cleaned for her birthday (95th). Javon, Zerorez technician, arrived and immediately assured us that he would ‘take good care’ of us - and he did just that! Javon was friendly, respectful, efficient, and provided excellent service! My mother’s carpet looks so nice, and she and I are very satisfied.

Technician didn’t put the lid back on the septic tank or close the gate to my backyard after disposing of the chemical. I’m wondering why I paid a disposal fee of $13.00 when he put the chemical down my septic…., seems like I should be charging ZeroRex a disposal fee?
My couch was a sectional. The charge was $250.
The cushions reverse. I am supposed to flip them on a regular bases. The tech only cleaned one side of the cushions. He also did not clean the area under the cushions
The carpet floors that he cleaned looked very good. He was able to remove the pet urine and the makeup stain.
The couch itself looked very clean in the areas that he did clean

The technicians are always friendly and professional. They always do exceptional work. I do think that extra room costs are too high, especially small rooms. Otherwise we are very satisfied.
Good work. When there was a problem with my on-line scheduling, office staff contacted me with an explanation and a solution. Friendly techs who showed up on time, were respectful of our property, and did a bit more than required. My third time to use for air duct cleaning and I have used numerous times for carpet cleaning.
