The professionalism and super job of making the carpets look and feel new again!
Arrive closer to predicted time, tech should wear booties; he tracked tennis shoe footprints on our laminate hall way, our tech smelled bad…sour. He was very overweight and sweating profusely…those two things (and maybe not wearing fresh clothing each day?) are no doubt responsible for the offensive smell.

The guy was not ready to assist with the needs of customer. He was insolent and very rude insisting on charging more for things that were included in the original verbal contract. Lack of communication to effect good service.
Our carpets have survived three children and are at least 25 years old. The cleaning was perfect.
