Very efficient
Todd, our technician was prompt, pleasant and did a great job with all 6 of our carpets! He took great care in protecting hallway corners from the hoses by using the corner protectors, as requested. I’m a first time Zerorez customer. It was a good experience!
This is the 4th time in about a year that we have had this old white carpet cleaned. They are always diligent about doing a very good job. They are always on time and very courteous. I will continue to call on them as long as I have carpet or any flooring that I need to be cleaned. Keep up the good work because your customer service is excellent.

You do a very clean job
I asked about a pet stain and was told it would come up with the regular cleaning. It did not and in fact became worse. When I spoke with customer service about it, I was told there would be an additional charge to have Zerorez come back out to treat it. My opinion is that they dismissed what I originally asked for and I certainly should not have to pay again to wait at home AGAIN for them to come back.
Todd was polite, friendly, and efficient. We were concerned with cat hair and oder as we moved into a new home. We have not had any trouble with the carpet area so far.
Cancellation process from company should be updated. We were called twice to cancel only 30min before scheduled time arrival Business offered gifts to accommodate for time spent waiting and never followed through. As a business owner our priority is given to the customer when we have failed to meet company standards on our end. Zeroez took no such action.
The technician, Carlston, was timely, fast, courteous. He was concerned about my request to have my sofa cleaned and checked with his supervisor who said it was not appropriate based on the type of fabric. He checked each room with me to see if I was satisfied. The results were very good.
The guy who came to clean my carpets was tired and unprofessional. Didn't even have a pen and we had to borrow one from my 8 year old daughter and the carpets didn't come out clean as I expected.
My Carpet is so Clean it almost sparkles. NOW THAT'S CLEAN.

well you guys have been doing my house for several years now... skipped last year. i normally do 3 rooms + another room for 99+30. this year i was upcharged 300 for my "rug". this has never been the case. your worker did give me a discount but i went from $99 to well over $300. Quite a shock
There was discoloration on several areas of carpet after it was cleaned.
