Never got my free filter advertised with the package I purchased. They use my filter. Other than that the guys were great and very helpful.

The technician sprayed something white all over our carpet. It dried and was really crunchy and very visible. I called and complained so he came back 2 days later with his manager and tried to fix it. They got most of it, but had to come back a THIRD TIME to finish the clean up. There was white stuff on the furniture and bed skirt.

I would like a full refund or a free carpet cleaning for the future.

You're powered water does a good job cleaning and Darwin was a very good worker with a good attitude and good work ethic.

We have already spoken of this but I will say again. I called in 4 different times and texted several times to get my first appointment. Your tech was wonderful and did a great job.

You were advertising 3rooms for $99.00. I have one bedroom with wall to wall and one living room that has a synthetic Area Rug. The area rug is only 2 months old and the carpeting 2 years old.

The tech looked at the carpet and said it did not require additional treatment.

AFTER HE WAS FINISHED HE TOLD ME THE BILL CAME TO OVER $500. I was very shocked He then explained that the area rug was a separate price from the special $99. Even though I only had the one room. Very POOR business practice.

I had carpet and tile cleaned on 6/22/21. The technician did a good job and was very courteous. However, Wednesday morning I noticed the carpet in master closet had not been cleaned even tho I had requested that be done The other two closets had been cleaned. When I called your office, Beatrice told me the soonest anyone could come out to finish the job would be Friday. Since I will be out of town on Friday, I was trying to get things in order before I left. There are 2 company policies I did not like. Asking for a tip and requiring homeowner to pay before leaving the house during the cleaning. That meant I had to sign that I had done a walk thru before the job had even started. I wonder how those policies would look on facebook? I do regret that I did not do a walk thru. However, I am 80 years old and did not want to take a chance on slipping on the wet tile.
I have already contacted the businessman who recommended your company and suggested he not give any more referrals. I know I certainly won't. Seems your company does not care about pleasing current customers. You must be so busy that you don't require my business anymore.

The carpets looked beautiful and the technician was very pleasant and courteous. He was right on time and worked hard to make the carpet look nice which It did.
I also appreciated the fact that he wore a mask and shoe protectors. I appreciated the fact that he was very careful not to damage my baseboards which had just been painted.

False advertising! Carpets did not get cleaned! Very expensive!!’

The whole process was very easy. Scheduling, follow-up calls two days before the cleaning and 30 minutes before the Tech arrived. The Tech did a good job cleaning my carpets and tile. I will use Zerorez again.

Extremely impressed with the results, also communication was top notch and service was on time. The checkout process was easy and signing up was equally so, love that everything is digital!

Our service person was good and worked hard; however, she arrive at the end of the time window and did not finish until 11 pm. Our job really needed two service technicians.

Walker is a very professional technician. He has been to my house before and if I were his employer I would put him in a sales position. Great personality and very impressive. Zerorez never disappoints.
