Initially, I was a little disappointed when my original appointment was rescheduled on the day it was scheduled for but was offered a free closet in return. Rescheduled for four days later. The technician texted 15 minutes before arrival and was more than pleasant. I walked him through the house and he was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. We had a few pet areas that needed to be treated and he was very clear in his process and upfront with the cost. There was actually no pressure from him to upsell me on this service. We had 5 rooms cleaned and 2 treated for pet stains/odor. As a bonus, he went ahead and cleaned the stairs and landing without charge. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend him (I wish I could remember his name) in the future.

But after the carpets dried most of the stained area all reappeared. We paid for additional spot treatments and at first carpet looked awesome while the tech was cleaning but once they dried out completely that evening all reappeared.

So pleased with our carpet cleaning! The young man who came to do the work was right on time and very polite and professional. We have lots of dogs & cats, so keeping carpet clean is nearly impossible. The carpet is fresh, no odor and dried quickly. All of the stains are gone!

Price increased when technician arrived
The men who came out were very professional and kind.
my tech was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. explained how the zerorez cleaning works and outlined where he would start in the house and where he would finish. he was faced with an old pet stain and checked with a supervisor to see if there were extra steps he could take to address the stain.
The service on 7/13/21 was just perfect! the 14 year old carpet looks fabulous.
I like that you returned and fixed the issue that I was not satisfied with on the first trip. The technician worked very hard to correct the problem to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend their service.

Randy, the service man who came to my door was very polite and careful about tracking in any outside dirt, he was careful not to bang into the walls, doors or furniture with his equipment and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets.
. I very highly recommend him and your company to all my friends and family. The cleanliness of your product, plain water and steam makes me comfortable with my grandchildren and pets to be on the floor.
