Too many up charges after arrival and stain removal didn’t work
HIDDEN CHARGES. I filled out the questionnaire based on the specifications of my house and used the 3 rooms for $99 deal. I was charged extra to do each closet and charged double for stairs and hallways. These questions should have been included in the questionnaire so that I knew what to expect on price when the cleaners arrived. Instead, I spent 3 times what I was expecting, which was disappointing. I heard “that’s going to be an extra charge” multiple times upon their arrival.

I like the product you use to clean my area rug. Your service is professional and efficient. You have workers who take the time to explain and re-assure if there are questions or concerns.
The man who came was fast but when the carpet dried you can see how uneven the clean is. If I could send you a picture you would be embarrassed as a company. If someone different can come out and redo the cleaning that would make me happy.

The carpets were cleaned very well with short drying time. Service man Jacob was knowledgeable about what was needed for fabric on recliner and spot removals on the carpet. Scheduling was friendly and helpful, however would have expected a call earlier when he didn't arrive during scheduled time range.
