I have used Zerorez a few times and I am always pleased with how the carpets look when done. I was even more impressed this time around as the technician was AWESOME!! He took extra special care of trouble spots and did extra steps that other technicians did not. The carpets looked great when he was done.

It was easy to schedule service. Communication was great. The service tech, Michael, showed up on time. He explained all of the options and what I had initially signed up for. I added a couple of services based on his explanation. He did arrive without his black light which would have pinpointed where my pet stains would be. He offered to go get it, but I declined. The cleaning went well and my carpets look and feel great. It did cost more than I had originally anticipated, but I think that's what usually happens with carpet cleaning services.
All the options were clearly explained so that I could make the best decision about what I needed. The employee that came to do the service was professional and did I great job.
Our tech, Keon, was fantastic! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable about our particular needs, and most of all did an amazing job cleaning our carpet! He was also efficient, performed the work with minimal disruption to our household, and left our house just the way it was when he arrived- with the exception of a perfectly cleaned carpet. I am looking forward to using you again in the future, not only for our carpet but for our furniture and tile as well. Thank you!

Lighter/cleaner streaks are visible in the carpet after cleaning. Just overall appears like the carpets didn’t get thoroughly cleaned - some areas cleaner than others.

On time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The technician looked at my air ducts, took pictures and after showing me the pictures he explained that my air ducts didn't need to be cleaned. He could have easily performed a service that wasn't needed, but he was honest and let me make the decision. He was also gracious to wait about 5 minutes for me to get home instead of leaving when I wasn't there when he arrived. I will definitely use zerorez again.

Initially, I was a little disappointed when my original appointment was rescheduled on the day it was scheduled for but was offered a free closet in return. Rescheduled for four days later. The technician texted 15 minutes before arrival and was more than pleasant. I walked him through the house and he was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. We had a few pet areas that needed to be treated and he was very clear in his process and upfront with the cost. There was actually no pressure from him to upsell me on this service. We had 5 rooms cleaned and 2 treated for pet stains/odor. As a bonus, he went ahead and cleaned the stairs and landing without charge. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend him (I wish I could remember his name) in the future.

The job was done in an orderly manner. I was very pleased.
Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The cleaner never moved a single piece of furniture. The furniture did not weigh more than 2 pounds. Did not move a chair or bench at the foot of the bed. Customer Service refused to accept responsibility and refund 100.00 of the 550.00. The service was for 4 rooms. Very disappointed and will never use again. In addition, I will let my Prosper TX neighbors know of my horrible experience.
