Timely professional, efficient and effective
Very satisfied. Demote was a great technician. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The booking staff was also friendly, helpful and efficient. We had these carpets done for our kids when they bought a house and with the baby crawling the carpets needed to be up to “grandma quality clean”!! Great job!

Carmen was awesome. She is knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to evaluate a room marked by cats. She saturated the areas, applied the enzyme to the pad, extracted the residue, the cleaned the carpet. I was so thankful to have her expertise and am happy with the results. Thank you Zerorez!

The technicians were knowledgeable about how to get the carpet clean. They were neat and cleaned the carpet within a short period of time. Then asked how I liked it and if I wanted them to go over it once more. Great service I would recommend them.

I chose not to share my opinion on Facebook because I was not totally satisfied with the results this time. Every other time you have cleaned my carpets all of the furniture indentations have come up. This time they did not. The end results just did not live up to past cleanings. I have always praised your work to anyone requiring carpet cleaning, but now I can no longer recommend your services as it would be a bad reflection on me. Thank you for all of your past services, but I will have to pass on any future services, I am sad to say.

The tech did not finish the job. He was rude, and left debris for me to pick up, moved a side table into the kitchen and did not put it back, told me my bathroom "stinks" ( it did/does not), took my walker away from me and put it in the kitchen, then was so angry and yelled when I did not give a tip. When I showed him the debris, he yelled again. No, he did NOT pick it up. I asked him to clean under 2 lounge chairs. He cleaned under ONE and left the other one. As I said, he did NOT finish the job. I have 2 friends who have used your company and they had good experiences.
