I will be using your service every six months or so, and of course I will be requesting Evan, your superior employee, to perform that service for me. Not only is Evan proficient in his ability, knowledge and performance, but he is personable, thoughtful and considerate in performing said duties--he should be the Poster Boy for your business or for any requiring a customer service personality. Excellent service and great result - my 20 year old carpet looks like new!!
It is natural and don't hurt animals. It also dries pretty fast and does better then any other carpet cleaners we have used. The product does not stir up my allergy like chemicals. Really love them. The person who did our carpet was very friendly and professional. He didn't take long and knew what he was doing. Our carpet looks like new.
Our new pup had started staining and leaving a stench in all our rooms with carpet. You guys came out and cleaned all of our carpeted rooms, they look and smell great again! You have a very happy customer!!
Excellent service and reliable product.
This was the second time we've used Zerorez and we've been so happy with both results. Unfortunately we have a puppy who has had a few accidents and both times Zerorez has completely cleaned them up and the carpet looks brand new. Also, my daughter's room was beginning to look dirty in the high-traffic areas, and Zerorez made it look perfect! Not only is the outcome so great, but both technicians who have been to our house have been on time (Jose was actually early yesterday), very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using your services again!

Clean but very effective cleaning without chemicals
My technician, Texas, was wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Also, he indicated that he could not guarantee the results, since pet stains were involved. But, he recommended and I paid for 3 separate "hot shot" treatments that he thought were necessary. Before he left, Texas told me to give it a few days to see if the pet odors went away. If not, he said he could come back and reapply. I gave it a few days and am not satisfied with the residual odor. Considering I paid nearly $400 for a single room, I was hoping for better results. I did email your customer service department asking for a reapplication, but was never contacted to reschedule. Thus, my rating. Thank you.
