Once again we received excellent service from Zerorez. I want to put in a special thanks for the Zerorez tech that you sent who did the work.
He was professional, competent and an outstanding employee and representative for your company.
I do not remember his name but it was the home of the Chamberlin's, 616 Cattle Baron Road, Heritage Ranch in Fairview, Tx.. Work was done on Tuesday this week I believe.

Wanted to charge additional amount for room that was slightly over 200 sq ft. The other three rooms were all significantly less than 200 sq ft.

Very Disappointing!!! Carpet pretty much looked the same and some stains were not even removed. Took only 30 min for 2 large bedrooms I feel like they could have spent more time with ea room. Very Disappointing for price paid and results obtained.

We used Zerorex to freshen up our carpet before company came in. Even though we were not spending a lot of money they were courteous, professional and not pushy. I have since referred them to two other potential clients in one week. I will use them any time I need my carpets cleaning in the future.
