Very professional and did a excellent job
Terry did a great job! Very professional and personable.
Randy did a great job on the carpet. However, the upholstery on the couches could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I found several wads of hair or dust balls or something left on the upholstery. I could just pick it off with my fingers, but I spent quite a while doing that. He should be more careful to remove those rolled up little balls left behind.
The carpet smelled clean for the first day. Next day and since is smells bad, we power walked it and ate letting it dry today. It only clean the top layer and not the soil funky odor underneath.
Maybe it’s not for you to clean the type of carpet we have. ( indoor outdoor carpet) with u knew th hat before paying $188.
Which also was not told before hand. I was told the job was $99+ tax then I added the extra pet odor cleanig which I thought was $15 but turned out to be $88.

The time you did my carpet before this recent clean was not satisfactory. Your technician said I needed to pay for pet stains and charged me for such. It wasn’t cheap and not long after the cleaning the stains came back. The technician on this recent clean said if he didn’t get to the pad that would happen. Good money down the tube. I’ve used Zerorez for years. On this visit I had the entire house done including the stairs and paid for extra stairs. We’ll my stairs are not clean and I’m going to have to clean the spots myself. It seems that when Zerorez sold the service is not good. I don’t think it’s the technician I think the system does not measure up. I’ve spent a lot of money to not have clean carpet. Extremely disappointed and therefore can’t recommend you to anyone.

Had my sectional cleaned. The cushions weren’t cleaned. Either I misunderstood the service I was supposed to get or the work wasn’t done.
My technician, Texas was great! He did his utmost to clean our carpets, he was very thorough and conscientious. We’ve used Zerorez for many years and he was — hands down, the best!

our guy (Noel) was just wonderful!! He did an outstanding job with our floors. He was so nice and really professional too! I will have more work done in the future and I will ask for Noel!!! Keep up the good work you all do!!
We have used Zerorez several times and are always very satisfied with the results! The carpets are so fresh and clean and we can tell that the high powered water less chemicals has really deep cleaned thoroughly. The technicians have all been very courteous, accommodating and easy to have lunch n our home.
We had some paint stains in our upstairs carpet, and Clayton, with ZeroRez, was able to completely remove the stains. He also cleaned the upstairs bedrooms, hallways and stairs, and the carpets look like the day we moved in. Clayton did an Outstanding Job!! We’ve used ZeroRez in the past and will always use them in the future.
Ease of scheduling, the tech arrived on-time, tech deserves a 10 and was a hard worker and very knowledgeable about flooring in general.
