Professional, fast and the technicians did a great job

My carpets feel dirty. The last time you came out to clean my carpets, they felt very clean. This time, it feels dirty still as if nothing was done. He did clean, he was nice, but for some reason my carpets feel dirty still. I’m 100% dissatisfied with my carpets this time around!

Professional and Prompt

The person that helped us was young. Maybe early twenties. His manner was arrogant and rude. I am not sure if “customer service” is something he understands. I asked him two or three times to move his truck so the movers could park and start unloading (I was paying the movers by the hour) and he had a big attitude about that. He was more interested in getting paid. He was done in 15 minutes for 3 rooms and a closet and I had to ask him to go back and do the master bedroom because he did not move the bed frame to get that part. However, he didn’t even attempt cleaning inside the frame without moving it. To his defense, I was stressed out because of the move and perhaps did not have the right tone with him either. However, he was aware of the moving truck and the expense that was for me because I told him. My point: customer service is key. He needed to understand and be helpful instead of arrogant.

Zerorez removed a stain that had been in my carpet since I moved into the house many years ago. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Inform customers in advance if the technician is going to be late. Be more clear with regards to what a room consist of. 200sq ft per room, closets extra, etc.

The clean that I see! It looks and smells clean! My technician was amazing. Explained what he was going to do and then went about his work! He showed me what it looked like and how long it would take to dry! Great job!
