I loved the deep clean 🧼 of my carpets the tech took his time and also made sure I asked for the proper pet treatments for my carpets. They feel fluffy and soft again! No residue like my own carpet shampooer was leaving. They are the only company I will use or trust

John was deceptive.
I’ve been using Zerorez for 2-3 years.
I seem to have gotten a rotten apple this time.
John told me I had some rust stains under a recliner and said it would not come out without that rust remover. I noticed he hadn’t even tried to steam clean it out. I insisted that he hit it with the steam first and it came off even with him applying the steam very lightly. I told him to hit it again harder and it all came off! He wanted $20 for that deceptive act of his. I did not tip him. I would have given him that $20. Really pathetic. Had I not been there I’m sure my elderly parents would have fallen prey to his deception. Not sure if I’ll use you again.

It’s quite amazing how things look so clean! I have older dogs and cleaning my carpets was always a challenge until I tried your services! I really like Fabian who has been our tecnition twice now. Very kind and works hard. Thank you for making my birthday soecial😃

The element that drew me to try Zerorez was the fact that there is no residue left on the carpet after cleaning. The communication and follow up with Zeroez have been excellent. Noel was very conscientious and wanted to make sure we were pleased with the service.

Decided to give it a try to Zerorez, over other well known and proven options, and this is my feedback:
Equipment used is good, not a lot of mess with the cleaning process, the service technician was courteous and professional, but it did work well in a cream color office 4 years well maintained carpet, but it didn’t in two other rooms.
Requested to get a re-done, but just some spots treatment instead of full re-done .

Good marketing, but mix results.
I think, I will stay with Chem-dry.

Disappointed that the treatment did not full clean dirt stains from the main area of the carpet that I was looking to have cleaned. Dirt showed back up once carpet fully dried.

Pet stains and smell. We had 2 tropical treatments and 2 flash treatments. Smell is much better, but our carpet is 6 months old. We did appreciate the Team Lead coming out to inspect and service the carpet the last time.
