Results-Ultra Clean Carpet
I was very impressed with the man that did the service for us. he was a hard worker and did his best at the job. he cleaned up after himself. i have never had a service guy vacuum the run after getting into my attic before! He was polite, kept his mask on, and wore shoe covers. he did an excellent job and I am breathing much easier after cleaning the air ducts. I would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone.
Technician was very kind and informative. Love that no smelly residue is left behind.

Tech was very good. He got some stains out that we've had for a long time.
Now that the carpet is dry. I can see where the machine left lines / marks in the carpet. Over all, fairly decent cleaning. Please let me know how we can complete the cleaning mishaps

You cancelled the original appointment and rescheduled. Your tech showed up an hour early with only ten minutes notice. Your tech said he would leave and have them try to schedule someone else if he had to wait. Because he was early with no notice, I was not able to inspect the work before he left. He was only here about 20 minutes cleaning, I felt like he could have spent a little more time on the coffee spill.
The technicians are always polite and courteous. They do a great job.
