The technician was very efficient and obviously took pride in his job.
We have used your company 3or 4 times and have always been very happy with the clean carpet and amost all the spots removed. You see, our carpet is very old but we are unable to change our carpet or flooring because of our disabilities. So we continue to have them cleaned.
The guys that have cleaned our carpets have ALWAYS been very informative, tell you any problems they may incounter,
gentlemen, clean, respectable, and so far they seem like they LIKE their job.

First I want to say that my technician was awesome, I think he worked hard the entire time he was here, and was very professional the entire time.
I am disappointed in what I paid for, and what I got after everything dried.
By no means did I expect a miracle, nor did I believe that all of the stains would be gone. But for nearly $1000, I feel like the carpets should look and feel better than they do, especially considering I was upsold on a lot of topical treatments. Add to that that there was no effort made to move small items, like office chairs on wheels to clean under them. I could have paid about $600 to have a local business clean my carpets, but I heard good things about ZeroRez and I wanted to give you guys a shot.
How to make it right? That's up to ZeroRez.

Torrence was early and did a fantastic job on my carpet. There was a big, questionable stain on my carpet in the living room. It's gone! Would recommend Zerorez to anyone who would like their carpets really clean. Would ask for Torrence next time if possible. Thanks, Marilyn

Not satisfy with the work. I paid $620 to get the carpet clean and tile. Paid extra for the biological clean agent .. my house stinks, the stairs looks like the middle strip was just cleaned, my tile doesn’t look clean.. the edges of the Carpet were not cleaned .. called in to express my concerns and the customer service person just read what the tech had noted .. I told her I had the discussion with the tech about my concerns .. so yes that why they were noted by the tech.. I am well aware of what the tech wrote since I’m the one that brought up the concerns to her .. Not happy with the service .. I’ve had my carpet cleaned before and this is the first time I have not been satisfied.
The entire process is fast and efficient, ..only spot chemicals used as needed, and my cream colored carpet looks almost new after 24 yrs. Bert did a fabulous job!
