I've used these people 3 times in my house and office and the process works terrific and much better than regularsteam cleaning. The men who have come have been very professional.
The technician was professional and did a great job! I had some really bad stains and his recommendations for treating them made all the difference. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was overall unimpressed. My house is new and the carpet is just under 6 months old. The technician told me that he was surprised how good the carpet looked before he started.
When the service was finished the room had an odd smell which I thought was just the wet carpet. 48 hours later of fans and ac running it still smelled old in the house.
When I went to put the furniture back, I noticed the carpet still had the same amount of traffic patterns on the carpet.
After hearing advertisements and others word of mouth of success stories I am disappointed in the final product and feel that I paid nearly $200 to end up with carpet that looks the same and the inconvenience of sending dogs to boarding for the night to allow it to dry.

He explained every aspect of the service, made suggestions based on the condition of my carpet, and demonstrated the technology he would be using. The final results were excellent and now we don’t need to spend thousands on new carpet.

Mario came to wash our carpet after I was not happy with the first clean. He explained everything so well and re washed all the carpets. Now the carpet looks amazing. I give him 100/100 for his hard work and he is very polite.
The tech was wonderful - but honestly, my carpets do not look any better than before the cleaning. I am so disappointed. It would be nice if someone came out to look at my carpets. For $1,000.00, I expected to see a difference.

The carpets looked brand new. We had an issue with dog pee and the technique of flooding it and removing the urine is amazing. My house smells amazing, and carpets look fantastic.
