No chemicals and no chemical smell. The stains do not come back.
The arrival was after the 2 hour window.
Everything was explained fully before tech arrived. It was a big job. He got it done and the cost was just about what I calculated (only better😊)

The technician was very professional and thorough.
The tech did not have the right equipment (long enough hoses) to clean the rugs in the house or to clean the grout (i.e. either of the jobs we booked). We ended up rolling and carrying five rugs out to the carport and he cleaned them there, my wife and I hauled them back in the next day. He could not clean the tile grout in the master bath at all due to lack of equipment/hoses. Said he would contact dispatch and have them set up a follow up appointment the next week to do the grout with the necessary equipment, we never heard back. The tech was a super nice guy but I expected better service for a $600 job to spend 30 minutes cleaning five rugs. Thanks.

The serviceman was very polite and efficient. The carpet and rug was very clean and there was no harsh smells of chemicals.
We are always very happy with the carpet cleaning, although I think there was too much spray on the carpet this time. It is usually very soft after drying. This happened about 2 years ago . It was worse then. You did come back and fix it. I'm still not sure if I should call.

This is the second time I have had to ask for a re-do!!! I specifically told the lady I wanted someone good with upholstery when I made the appointment since I was previously disappointed with my sofa cleaning. The technician kept telling me my sofa was old and the fabric was worn so it wouldn't clean properly etc. etc. I was not happy after he left but let it dry overnight before taking a picture of the worst areas! So when I talked to the epresentative, I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT THE SAME TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT yet Guess who showed up at my door AND without the supervisor that would be coming with him??? That does not say much about Zeroez customer service and customer satisfaction!!!!! I mentioned the fact if I had an old blouse or dress that was soiled or worn yet needed cleaning, the washer would clean it regardless of the age, FABRIC CLEANS REGARDLESS OF THE AGE OF THE FABRIC!!!
He then told me he had a better cleaning solution this time. SO WHY DIDN'T HE HAVE THE BETTER CLEANING SOLUTION THE FIRST TIME????? I have always used Zeroez for cleaning my sofa, my carpet and my oriental rug but I'm planning to re-think my options the next time around since Zeroez does not listen to customers or their personal requests!
