Bobby was thorough and the carpets looked great when he finished! He took care around corners of the house, wiped up liquid on my floors to prevent slipping and was very friendly and wore a mask.

The technician was so nice. I had nothing against him. I was just disappointed that one of the main reasons we booked this appointment and spent almost $500 was to get the yellow urine stain out of the game room carpet and it is still there.
To make it right it would be nice to have it removed by your company.

They did a pretty good job on a very challenging walk in shower. Because of the type of tile, Zero Rez's non-acid process was needed. The technician was courteous and worked hard. The results of the test on the shower led to expand the job to our kitchen and bathroom floors. Overall I'm very pleased with the service.
I had some awful stains in one area, coffee, dirt, didn’t know, but y’all got it out!! Randy also noted for me, in case it is in the padding, I can have you back out to do a treatment that will get down into my insane 2in padding! 😆 He also showed me he could do my big chair n couch, without the slittiest pressure to do so. I appreciate your respect and friendliness.

I like and recommend Zerorez because of the people/technicians who come out to clean the carpets…very polite, courteous, and professional in their approach to evaluation, prep, and actual cleaning process! Of course the tools used are in top condition and the technology used is very efficient!
The technician was thorough and knowledgeable, but mostly very polite.
I had an appointment for air duct cleaning and for carpet cleaning. After moving in, the air conditioner was not turning on - and I realized the breaker was not turned back on. The unit is not blowing into the living room, and the vent was closed. I don't know if there was an error during cleaning, but this was not an issue before.
The carpet cleaning looks good, but I had it done to remove pet odors. There had been no pet urine, to my knowledge. The tech suggested using the pet treatment on the master bedroom, but there is still a residual pet odor. The second bedroom also has a pet odor. I don't feel as though the carpet cleaning was effective or worth the money I spent.
The technician was professional, offered recommendations and even saw areas where cleaning might be problematic. I will be calling Zerorez for future services.
Really cleans carpets and great customer service
I feel like the price seems quite a bit higher than competitors. If it weren’t for my wife’s preferences, I would have likely chose a competitor that could get more rooms done for the same or better price. I also don’t appreciate how a disposal fee is not already included in the price. That would be considered a deceptive pricing practice if we compared it to other industries.
