We have used your service a few times. The guys who have come to clean the rugs are always professional and do a great job laying out the options and of course cleaning.
Jeremy and his partner did a great job on our carpets and furniture! The house was so clean when they left!!
The fact that no residue is left behind, and that essentially, all you are using is water.
Had a major issue with the first technician that came out and did the carpet cleaning.
However, Paul T. came out the next day and made it right. It was frustrating to have to go through this but the fact that they came out so quickly to make it right and did make it it right was reassuring.

The gentleman was very nice and arrived on time. However, after he left I noticed that he has bashed my baseboards! Clean carpet but now need to paint my baseboards!!!

The safety substances in the fluid that is used. We always have the roads cleaned by zero wrecks. And in this new house that we have just moved into we put the extra protection on for the first time. Our guy Jacob did a great job very thorough, very professional He’s even explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.
Stains on my carpet downstairs didn’t Come out, and they hadn’t been there long, and was treated before the tech came.. it honestly don’t look like nothing was done in my house. The young man was nice, but he started at 1105 and was finding at 1145-50… I feel like he was rushing and didn’t do a through job! I still tipped him… I will be canceling my appoint to get my furniture cleaned!
Our church used Zerorez to clean our education classrooms and they look wonderful and it refreshed the whole area. Texas was our service rep and was so nice and kept me updated as to the progress on the tougher areas. Really appreciated the extra service.

I Love the technology behind the cleaning and that there are no chemicals being used and the technician are great very informative and let you know if you have problem areas from ware and tear I will continue to use this company for my future cleaning 😀
Easy to book service, professional technician, great results

The extraction was not as effective as I expected. There were a handful of spots that remained wet by touch more than 24 hrs later. And, they were small areas, not general areas, as if he skipped them when doing the extraction? The technician was very fast and I didn't really watch to see if he was doing it correctly - nor would I know what that looked like. He was very kind and polite. If it was just the water solution I wouldn't be concerned but because we added the pet cleaner and I have young kids that play on the carpet I am concerned that the product didn't get all the way cleaned up.
My primary concern was a trail from the kitchen to the hall, to the bathroom and into my bedroom, including a 3 x 3 patch in my bedroom closet. There was also a dirty patch at the front door. The technician showed me, by going over the area just outside the kitchen door leading into the living room 2-3 times how clean he could get the carpet. But then he didn't bother to take the same care with the rest of the trails. There is now a distinct line between where he made the effort to go over the "demo" area and the rest of the trails. I told him when he got here that my main concern were the trails but after showing me what could be done, he seemed to just be interested in finishing as quickly as possible. The carpets DO look fresher and the trails are lighter. If he had spent the time on the entire trail instead of cleaning parts of the carpet that really didn't need it, I would have been completely satisfied since I was getting the service at a discounted special price. I am 79 years old and it took a lot of time and effort for me to move everything out of his way and then put it all back when he finished. This is my first experience with having to move my own furniture. Perhaps all carpet cleaning companies are doing this now to save their time and money, but elderly people with heart conditions aren't likely to be repeat customers. When I was able, I have a small Bissel cleaner that I used on the dark spots at the front door and got them cleaner with my Bissel than your technician did.
The service was great.,The product didn’t do what
I was told it would do around the toilet.
You called to say your technician was running Head of schedule and asked if he could come early. I confirmed and he did not come early at all.
I was quoted a price over the phone and when he measured, hi price was 3 times what I was quoted. When I pushed back, he said “oops, I need to call to see if they can remove the $99 your were originally quoted”. I would have bought that except he initially tried to justify the over $300 price for a bathroom and closet.
Sound like bait and switch to me.
The tech (Carmen) was very knowledgeable and took her time to ensure a quality job was delivered.
Zerorez folks have cleaned my carpets several times over the years. They are always pleasant, competent workers, and my carpets always look like new after they’ve finished. And charges are fair.
The technician was very nice. He explain everything. I will recommend John to all my friends and church family.
