Technician on re-visit was so reluctant to attempt a touch up. Stating that it would not help and left without doing so. Although he did not hesitate to try to up sell us to the stain protectant application. Complete waste of time all around.

Our carpet requires steam cleaning only as is made from recycled plastic bottles and Zerorez was the one the carpet dealer recommended and to clean every six months which is what we do, this is our fourth cleaning and very happy with the results.
Jacob was wonderful! Worked hard to make our sectional sofa very clean!

Easy to make the appointment. Appointment was confirmed and time updated by email. The technician was polite and professional. He worked very efficiently and did a great job.
Responsive, excellent service. The agent was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing.

The service did not remove most of the stains from my carpet. It was not a dirty carpet to begin with.

Simply the best carpet cleaning service in the DFW area (I can't say outside the DFW).
The tech came back out a second time with a lead tech. The tech cleaned just the first 6 bottom stairs when I specifically told them that you can tell that only the middle of the stairs were cleaned you can visibly tell that the top six stairs were not cleaned.. Same thing with the hallway.. it’s visible that the tech cleaned only the middle part of the. Carpet. I also requested for a mangers to give me a call and have not heard from one yet.
Professional and did a good job with carpets and tiles
All smells are still there. The guy who came out said the topical was plenty and would get the smells out. Then snuck in a waiver that says the topical might not. Everything they did was different than the questions I asked on the phone. Extremely disappointed.
