Quality and value
Make sure to clean up any residue from the hose on tile surfaces that may have been touched. We had 2 areas we had to steam mop that we noticed after they left.

I like the reverse brushing that can restore crush napping in the carpet and I like how cool the carpet feels after Zerorez cleans it.

The Service Tech, Randy did a great job and was thorough. The carpet in my mom's house is 18 years old and it's white carpet. I wasn't expecting miracles, but he was able to get her carpets throughout whole house, a couple of shades lighter without leaving the carpet soaking wet. My mom can holdoff 2 to 3 more years before having to replace the carpets! Will definitely refer Zerores to friends and family.

The technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and interested in helping achieve my expectations. My heavily pet soiled carpet looks like new!
Darwin was my technician on this day and he did an amazing job! I’m not sure what he did different but the stains in my master bedroom have not come back so far.
One of the past technicians talked me into applying a special stain treatment. It looked OK when he finished but after the carpet dried, the stain had only spread - gotten bigger! Even with other technicians in the past, the stains have always returned after the carpet has dried but not with Darwin! He told me he was the best and so far he has proved that to be true! I will be requesting Darwin for future services.

The service rep took time to analyze our carpets and offered the best actions to clean our carpets including several problem areas. He did a great job and displayed a great attitude and work ethic. I felt very satisfied when he completed his work.

Bobby did a great job of getting my carpet back to looking new again after my Great Dane had gastrointestinal problems. I would highly recommend them as he was very courteous, professional, and on time as well.
James did a really good job. He was not in rush and took his time to make sure the dirt and everything has been removed. For some spots with dog urine he gave extra time.

Clean and easy
I have used Zerorez for quite a few years and I have always been pleased with the service the Techs provide. My carpets always look great after a Zerorez treatment!
The tech (I believe his name was Keon) was very friendly and honest about my carpet cleaning. He worked quickly and did a great job. He was on time (actually early) to the appointment and everything worked out great. Our carpet is slightly older than normal is now much cleaner.
