It was a great service. It was just so expensive that I don't know how many people I could recommend to. Honestly, it ended up being $400 more than the quote I was given. $400. That's a HUGE difference and one that was not at all clearly explained. $700 for carpet and tile cleaning is really, really expensive. I honestly don't think I can afford it again, let alone recommend it to others.

Dries fairly fast after service. Cleans well

Two thoughts:
Papers placed under the edge of furniture that must be put back onto wet carpet.

If a process could be developed that would extract more water making drying time shorter, that would be good.

Overall, we were very pleased with the process and Marcus, the technician, was very kind and efficient.

Zerorez is good service, on time and thorough. Very satisfactory for me.

Michael was so nice and professional! The carpets are cleaner than they’ve been in years. I got them cleaned by a different company last year and Zerorez definitely showed better results.

I had to call them back out because there was blood upstairs on the wall and on a mattress. They removed a toilet and left part of the plumbing in the wall that was dripping on the floor.
I called back to get some help and they told me to ask my painter to do it.

Give people more accurate pricing UP FRONT! When I called for a price you left off the $60 for some chemical and I did not use $60 worth, not more than a few sprays at most! My final price needs adjusting. You asked.....

The technician who came out and cleaned our carpets was neatly dressed, polite, and efficient. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and even helped us move the heavy furniture without even being asked. We will definitely use your services again and will highly recommend your company to others.

The guy was nice and professional, but I guess the booties he wore were previously used because I had footprints all over my tile and wood that had to be mopped after he left. I had just mopped the day before. We have a LOT of tile so I was pretty irritated that I paid to have carpet cleaned floor and then had to re-mop in order to clean up after. Obviously I don’t think the guy did it on purpose. Just very frustrating.

ZeroRez cleaned our couches that had not been cleaned in 15+ years. He took the time to really work the spots and did an AMAZING job! HIGHLY recommend!

Have used for both houses I have lived in and and very professional and on time. Have used on carpet and rugs. This time was tile and sealer.
