Our ZeroRez technician is always great. This is my 3 or 4th time using them and are the best for getting rid of any pet stains.

First time I’ve used Zerorez. Highly dissatisfied. Told them I just had the whole inside painted one month ago and make sure to use corner protectors so woodwork does not get damaged. Sent photos to customer service and showed were woodwork was damaged in many places. I have white carpet that is three years old and in very good condition. Had two spots size of quarter that I pointed out to them that they did not get clean. I used 409 carpet cleaner and spots came out instantly. Highly disappointed with service. This gentleman said he had nine years experience. OMG this is not except able.
Your product is wonderful. We had pet stains and now they are gone. The workers were very professional and hard working. They showed up ON TIME!!!!!
All is good. Tech showed up 10 minutes outside the appointment window, but I did receive a call not that he would be late but when he could be expected to arrive. Apparently he was having vehicle problem that delayed his arrival.
