Normally they are the best, but I had small areas done Friday the 3rd, the tech did not seem to try very hard, and I had to ask him to get places he missed, very disappointed my carpet does not look any better.

I love Zerorez! My carpets and rugs look so clean. I like that no soapy residue is left My technician was very polite and fast. He had me walk him through everything I wanted done and then before he left, he asked me to inspect all areas to make sure I was satisfied. I will certainly use Zerorez again in the future.
Are carpets are actually clean as opposed to giving the appearance of being clean for a couple of weeks like other companies we have used in the past.

Fast friendly service! I was really impressed at how quickly he got done and my house smelled amazing afterwards. Thank you
1. There service tech was late and did not initiate a call 30 minutes before he arrived.
2. He set up with the two tubes in the first room, started the other in the f=van but liquid started streaming into the room, on the carpet and he had to rush to the van to turn off the liquid.
3 a large stream of liquid ran from the door, across the room to the wall on the other side, leaving large spots on the drying carpet.
4. the carpet in that roofed not dry fro over 24 hours, requiring heater fans to be installed to dry it out.
5. New spots appeared on the carpet in three of the carpet cleaned rooms after the drying completed.
6. The Service Tech seemed to be in a hurry throughout the process.
7. A second technician appeared in a large white pickup truck to help change fittings on the hoses before the original technician finished his reloading of his van.
8. We had problems getting responses via multiple phonecalls for getting the problems solved & still waiting for solutions.
Let cleaning substitute a room for spot cleaning a small area so you would provide your 3 room minimum for 2 rooms plus one
small spotted area instead of charging extra for spot cleaning. Or have a charge for spot cleaning depending on size and stain.

The service technician was very friendly and professional.
The team didn’t go over their work with me (several stains still remained). Also - my wife and I used our small carpet cleaning machine and and were shocked how dirty the water was even after Zerorez came out. It’s be nice to get some sort of partial refund since we had to go over our entire large living room ourselves.

The Technician was respectful, helpful and careful. He explained what he would do and did a fantastic job. My carpet didn't have many spots but i was noticing a smell. Now the carpet is clean and the smell is gone.
