My old furniture looks almost new after you cleaned it, you were on time and very friendly.
My carpet did not feel thoroughly cleaned. You could still see stains. It was still dirty. I paid nearly $700 and I didn’t feel the work adequately matched the price I paid.

The process works!
The individual that came out to clean our carpets was very thorough, and knowledgeable. Took all the right steps to remove the pet stain and odor. Did such a fantastic job, I would recommend Zerorez, and especially that technician to anyone!

after agreeing to the $75 cost of the added pet solution to remove the cat urine smell on a spot of carpet, the tech upsold and convinced my wife that he needed a second gallon on the same spot at an additional $75. After treatment, the carpet still smells of urine. I do not appreciate the added cost for no net effect.
