I haven't gotten to the cleaning portion yet, hope it goes well but the booking, the qoute the payment, the initial introduction to your business hasn't been what I expected.

The technician was good but I did not necessarily see a big difference in what your company offers vs other carpet cleaners. I thought your pricing was bit higher for the actual service perfromed

Paid $400 plus and still has stains and a smell. I wish we would have been told we would have to pay to send them off to have them cleaned properly and pay 400-600 per rug but they would be done correctly. Instead we paid for something that wasn’t ever going to be fixed had we not sent it off. To top that off on the day of service I received 5 texts and 3 calls saying they were on their way and out sooooo was from 4-6pm not 8-10 not 10-12 not 12-2 not 2-4. Each time I had to call and tell them we weren’t available until 4-6. Won’t use you again

The tile/grout cleaning was not what I expected from Zerorez. The grout di not get clean.
Also the service provider charged me for an extra room. He called the kitchen eating area another room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was great, products were effective. The tile cleaning was excellent. I’ve got a few tough stops that were not fully removed but overall I’m satisfied!
