Best carpet cleaning we have experienced.
My wife noticed stains on the carpet that she easily removed and the tile grout is not clean as I was told it would be after it dried. It was a poor job done for the price I paid. Come back and clean the grout to make it right.

I feel like we wasted $360 on the pet treatment. My dog can still smell the odor of previous owner's pets and will mark the same spots. Disappointed the truck broke and guys had to come back the next day. Experience with ZeroRez Austin was much better, don't feel like we received the same quality here in Dallas.

I love the clean look and feeling the the cleaning BUT I also expected more of the stains to be removed. I took water and Dawn dishwashing and scrubbed the remaining stains out so I know they should have been removed with the cleaning. The technician was very polite and friendly and helpful. I guess it was the equipment
