Friendly, reliable, and affordable
Don’t feel as if my carpet was pretreated and cleaned as well s as it could have been
It is pretty good. The only thing after clean - do not feel carpet as soft as original.

The technician was so helpful and thoughtful.
One rug had several spots of animal urine but after the cleaning the whole rug reaks of urine. It is now in the garage.
The other disaster is one bedroom. There was wear that needed cleaning. I woke up large stains. There has never been a animal in this location. I literally burst into tears. I spent $550 for one rug to be ruined and I don't know how the bedroom carpet can be salvaged. I pray your company will make this right.

I was told I would receive a credit as the company missed the time window by many hours. He did a great job and was very personable but was 3-4 hours late.
Great job! The technician was polite and courteous. He really did a great job at cleaning our carpet and tile. I’m very sensitive to smells, and it smelled like orange at first, then went away. Can’t wait for them to come back out! Next, I am getting our vents done!

Randy did a great job on the carpet. However, the upholstery on the couches could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I found several wads of hair or dust balls or something left on the upholstery. I could just pick it off with my fingers, but I spent quite a while doing that. He should be more careful to remove those rolled up little balls left behind.
The carpet smelled clean for the first day. Next day and since is smells bad, we power walked it and ate letting it dry today. It only clean the top layer and not the soil funky odor underneath.
Maybe it’s not for you to clean the type of carpet we have. ( indoor outdoor carpet) with u knew th hat before paying $188.
Which also was not told before hand. I was told the job was $99+ tax then I added the extra pet odor cleanig which I thought was $15 but turned out to be $88.

The time you did my carpet before this recent clean was not satisfactory. Your technician said I needed to pay for pet stains and charged me for such. It wasn’t cheap and not long after the cleaning the stains came back. The technician on this recent clean said if he didn’t get to the pad that would happen. Good money down the tube. I’ve used Zerorez for years. On this visit I had the entire house done including the stairs and paid for extra stairs. We’ll my stairs are not clean and I’m going to have to clean the spots myself. It seems that when Zerorez sold the service is not good. I don’t think it’s the technician I think the system does not measure up. I’ve spent a lot of money to not have clean carpet. Extremely disappointed and therefore can’t recommend you to anyone.
Good job. Happy to have added on stairs and tile. Tile ended up being more expensive than planned, tech was quick and didn’t mind my questions.
