We have had such great service in the past, but the one who cleaned last week needs more training, He was done so fast. He did two rooms and stairs. Two stains in the living room were still there. I got my dawn and got the two stains up. I think he just didn't take his time.

Always clean, soft, and left with clean up no trash marked up walls. Very disappointed that there is a change in warranty if the blue carpet lift machine is not used. I have only had to call once in all the years I have used Zerorez for poorly cleaned areas.

Great job. Service tech was excellent and went out of his way to please.
Spent $700 for my daughters 4 rooms on the 12th. The smell was back within hours and even worse today. So bad they could not stay at home. I have an appointment tomorrow to see if it can be resolved and if not I will expect a full refund. I could have replaced the carpet for that price and the treatment recommended not work. Very disappointed.
