Our carpets look great, again! Thanks to Jessie (JT) who worked very hard to get tea, pet, juice stains up from our carpet.
Our family came to visit for 7 wks in late summer of 2019 with 2 little ones and 3 dogs. Needless to say... I had Zerorez out in Feb of 2020. The job was poorly done, no offer of spraying carpet to help with removing staining, would not move a coffee table that is on wheels, no raking carpet after supposedly spraying protectant on. I had been so frustrated with how our carpet has looked since then. The tech made me feel that the job was done the best it could be.
I was so frustrated that I wanted to get rid of the living room carpet. Finally, Jessie and his supervisor, who got Jessie started on our carpets, did a wonderful job. Thank you and he should be recognized for the effort he puts into pleasing the customer. I am happier than I have been with the way our carpet looks, now I can look at it without being bothered by it. I will ask for Jessie in the future. He is being trained very well.
Child proof baby gate upstairs was damaged by technician
After a disappointing first visits, a lead tech named Mario came to my home. He did a great job of correcting some previous issues and explained the process.of removing pet odor.
It took a week to finally get help and to be respected enough to listen to my issues. I will use them again if Mario is the technician

Javonn was very professional and extremely friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. We highly recommend Zerorez!
I chose 5 because it’s in the middle, no bad but not great. First the technician was very late. I was given a window of 3:30-5:30. At 5:30 when I had not heard from anyone I called & was told he would be there around 6:30 … with no apologies. The technician spent the first 20 minutes delivering a gloom & doom message that my carpet was so far gone that it was highly unlikely it would look clean & could possibly even look worse than before cleaning. It might even be black from all the crystallization that was going to take place when cleaned. Whatever that means!!! However…if I had chosen to upgrade to the pet treatment $$$ it might be salvageable. All total baloney! He claimed there were nearly 100 spots that were unlikely to come clean.
Despite his completely negative attitude my carpet looks as I expected it would after cleaning. It looks and feels clean….what a shock!!

Our carpets look great after being cleaned. So far, no spots have returned that were cleaned. Our tech Bobby, was super knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
I was very pleased with the outcome of the carpet cleaning and especially the equipment that got close to the baseboard so that the carpet was cleaned in that area also. Tarrence was punctual, worked quickly, and I appreciated his pleasant personality.
