Technician was very professional and informative
I paid over $500 to have 4 rooms cleaned I paid $75 for pet treatment and was told by the tech that this was per spot not per room which is ridiculous. I went back over rooms after they cleaned and counted 34 spots where I could see pee spots with my black light/pee spotter light. I sprayed with my Folex carpet cleaner and could see the spots disappear within seconds. So I don’t know what your cleaning does. No way I would recommend you. Only way to make it right is either come back and reclean everything and check it with the black light afterwards or give me a refund of $350 which would make the price appropriate for service I received.
When we had new carper installed we decided not to every use a soap-based cleaner. It left stiff
carpet fibers and relied on the vacuum to clean up the residue. Now for 5 years our carpet is still as soft as ever.

Tech told me that there is an orange smell once finished. I hired zero res because I can’t stand chemicals. How can it be chemical free if there is a smell at the end? Tech just used water per my instructions and my carpet is not clean nor was any effort made to spot clean spots. Once he left I got my own spot cleaner and cleaned off the spots. I planned to hire again to get my first floor cleaned but now I have to find a different company.
When the gentleman arrives, please either ring the doorbell or leave a voicemail when you call numerous times.
After the appointment, please do not bombard me with follow up emails, calls on my cell and calls on my office number the very next day.

Our house is 90% carpeted ( Light cream color carpet, nightmare to keep clean ) and we had a flood last year that covered about 75% of the carpeted area and for some reason the carpets wound up with rust colored stains all over and I truly thought that they would have to be replaced.
I've heard the ads on KLTY for some time and I decided to call just to see if they can bring the carpet back to life. WOW!!! is really all I can think of to say about how clean our carpets are.
Some carpet cleaners leave a residue that makes the carpet feel sticky and has a lingering smell and have heard Frank and Starlene on KLTY say that they are "Icky Free". The carpet is not sticky and there was no lingering smell, they are just clean and stain free.
James D did a fantastic job! I truly can not say enough about how great the carpets look. I will definitely give y'all a call in the future and will recommend y'all to everyone who asks.

But otherwise, the job was great!
The first disappointment was that we were scheduled to have the technician come on Monday, November 1, between 3:30 to 5:30, No one had contacted us by 5:15 so I called your office (which in itself is a terrible experience!). When I finally got someone, the receptionist told us that the technician had gone home earlier in the day with a fever. No one had contacted us about that issue. We rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
The carpets were cleaned on Tuesday. When the technician came he asked if we had any stains and I showed him two areas. One in our office/bedroom and the other where our dog had gotten sick years ago and the stain will not come out. I didn't expect it to come out.
When I came in yesterday morning to my office I noticed an ink stain that was not there the day before. I did not see it previously and neither did the cleaner. The only thing I can figure out is that there was a small spot of ink in the carpet that we did not see and once it got wet it just spread all over the place!
Also, the area near this stain needs to be recleaned . It was not thoroughly cleaned.
I called your office on Wednesday to speak about this problem and I sent pictures of the area. I am waiting to hear from your management team.
Again, I will mention what a nightmare it is to call your company. The receptionist is pleasant but impossible to reach in less that 10 minutes.
