The guys were on time, friendly and courteous. They explained everything they were doing.
However, there are still three stains in one of the bedrooms that were pointed out to them before cleaning. They did not address why the stains were not able to come up or if they did anything extra to remove them. We paid extra for pet stain removal, a lot extra! I would have expected them to let me know that the stains would not come up before departing. I did not check the room before they left because the entire upstairs was wet from the cleaning. I did not want to track any dirt on to the wet cleaned carpet.

Our guy was super friendly and consciencious. Marcus I think was his name. VERY NICE. Although the carpet initially looked cleaner, the stains came back within a day or two. I know that can be common but it would've been nice if you would offer a followup service to attack the stains one more time.
