My carpets smell great!! I loved the work Jeremy did and how my house looks and smells so much cleaner now. He worked hard to get the troublesome pet stained areas cleaned and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. Will definitely be using zerorez again for more cleaning needs around my home and recommend them to anyone looking to get a deeper clean in their home.

I paid a different price this time than in previous two years with exact same carpet and area. This tech’s math determined that a room every other tech said was standard, to be oversized. I called and representative said there was nothing she could do. you’ve lost a life-long customer over it
