Make sure that when you ask for a quote that you are given the correct amount (or close to it)
or told that they will have to wait until the service person comes out to measure. I had this
problem and the quote was half of the cost when the service person came out.
The technician was courteous and knowledgeable - he did a thorough job and we are completely satisfied.
The technician was kind and thorough in his attention to detail. The chemicals used are nearly odorless. Carpets, rugs, and upholstery look so fresh. Even older pieces of furniture look much better. I would recommend.
I was pleased with the quality of the service; however, the cost of $132 upcharge seemed high to add to the four carpet rooms to clean a 8x 11 square foot bound carpet. This was not a rug per say. Why does it only cost $45 to add a carpeted room but I was charged $132 to clean a 8x11 bound carpet.
The tech didn't discuss the cost that I assumed would be $45ish. I paid out without no detail being provided until I paid it was emailed to me.
This is not 5 star service regarding the charge for the additional service!

Javier was fantastic. The carpets turned out great.
My friend Janice Suson moved from East Texas to Wautaga after her husband died from Covid. She was so proud of the house she bought which had brand new carpet in it. I recommended Zerorez to her because she wanted her loveseat cleaned. The technician stayed on his cell phone the entire time and saturated her carpet surrounding the couch. She had to do a lot of work to dry the carpet. I convinced her to call and complain. When she called she was asked to send pictures which she did and then never heard from you again. I was embarrassed and will never recommend Zerorez again.
The staff is courteous, professional and on time. Cleaned my 17 year old carpet and it looked as good as new. The technician came in and went right to work. Did an outstanding job.

Excellent service and great result - my 20 year old carpet looks like new!!
It is natural and don't hurt animals. It also dries pretty fast and does better then any other carpet cleaners we have used. The product does not stir up my allergy like chemicals. Really love them. The person who did our carpet was very friendly and professional. He didn't take long and knew what he was doing. Our carpet looks like new.
Our new pup had started staining and leaving a stench in all our rooms with carpet. You guys came out and cleaned all of our carpeted rooms, they look and smell great again! You have a very happy customer!!

This was the second time we've used Zerorez and we've been so happy with both results. Unfortunately we have a puppy who has had a few accidents and both times Zerorez has completely cleaned them up and the carpet looks brand new. Also, my daughter's room was beginning to look dirty in the high-traffic areas, and Zerorez made it look perfect! Not only is the outcome so great, but both technicians who have been to our house have been on time (Jose was actually early yesterday), very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using your services again!
